As a prequel to the original "Ouija," this 2016 film adds depth to the franchise while standing on its own as a chilling exploration of the dangers of tampering with the afterlife. Set against the backdrop of the 1960s, "Ouija: Origin of Evil" reflects a cultural fascination with the occult and the supernatural during that era.
